Youth Soccer Tournaments
James Island Youth Soccer Club hosts two tournaments every year: the James Island Cup in the fall and the Charleston Spring Classic in the spring.
Our tournaments are known for their friendly competitive spirit, complemented by one of America’s favorite destinations, Charleston, SC. Over 200 teams come from within South Carolina and surrounding states that include North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida to join us for a weekend of great competition. We encourage teams to register early as some divisions will fill up early.

Lowcountry United Soccer Academy holds Identification Sessions for our girls and boys Academy Select players.
As part of the MLS NEXT and Girls Academy, Lowcountry United competes in national platforms creating an appropriate performance platform for all of our players.
ID sessions are open to all players interested in our MLS Next Academy or Girls Academy Aspire teams regardless of club affiliation.

The Venue
Our two field complexes are under JIYSC’s exclusive use and control. We are one of only a very few soccer clubs in the lowcountry who can boast that. All fields have been recently re-sodded, fields are lighted and maintained to keep them in good playing condition.
